How did you pick the 2 cent as a partial collar. I can't see any pointers on the flat surfaces so it would have passed me by. Angel

I bought it described as a partial collar, I believe it's ex-enworb who had a number of them like this. Just looking at the image closely it looks like it's got multiple rings on the obverse so it might be one of those 2c that got stuck in the die and was struck multiple times. The same type of error we talked about in this CAB Article we've reproduced on the blog.
