I get lots of emails through the Australian Coin Collecting Blog asking about their coin with a number or letter stamped in it that people have got in change. Its definitely post mint stamping, I've most often seen dollars stamped this way.

I've got quite a few 'stamped' coins, some letters, some numbers, all different denominations and as you said, all PMD.
