Just sold 3 NCLT's on ebay and after the sale the buyer want's a combined invoice and combined postage same person bought all 3 , not having much experience selling on ebay is this the go or what ? Payment is through paypal .

Yes combining the Postage usually means just putting everything in the same package and only charging one lot of postage as you can usually fit everything in and it doesn't cost you any more anyway.

They can only charge you on the actual postage that you charge the buyer :ok:

Just to clear things up, if you dont do a combined invoice, ebay would assume you charged the full amount (3 lots of postage costs)...

you have a chance to change your postage on the invoice before you send it to the buyer , and that is all ebay will charge you on that amount .
