I apparently have 320 (as soon as this is posted).
So what does this mean?
Am I a deficient character because I have not achieved a target?
Am I responsible because I only lodge a post when I think it is deserving?
I could easily meet a target but, is that the purpose of being here?

Why 500? 467 and 547 are rather interesting numbers. 480 and 520 (and many other numbers close to these) are also interesting but, for a different reason.
Having worked for a boss who put everything as a measure of numbers I don't think a number is necessarily of any significance.
In fact, I debated with this boss that Standard of Living and Quality of Life are not the same. He thinks, even now, that income is the only measure of both.

Forget the numbers, concentrate on what is important to you and be suspicious of lifestyle advice from outside your immediate circle.

PS. As an engineer I an well versed in the importance of measuring things with numbers. But, that is usually physical constraints that need this type of measurement, not human attributes.

Someone in our house is a wee bit fussy about the bed. So much so that we found the bed he liked at a hotel chain, then we bought one just the same. We even stayed in their hotel in New Zealand!
