All the  coins pictured are IMO PMD (Post Mint Damage). How that damage occurred is not really relevant, the coins are damaged and each one is only worth face value.  Best way to get rid of them is to spend them at the Supermarket.

hmmm interesting....still i find it hard to see how the pic of the .....hh 1988 is pmd......

The first coin is mechanical damage.

I'm not really sure what's going on with the second coin (the one in the last picture). If it's a lamination flaw, it's a very odd looking one. It might just be a stain, or it might be a result of gluing the coin onto something.
