Not sure where you got this from, shouldn't be any. RAM's circulating coin info says

2020 (JC)  0.09**

The information about IRB 2020 must have been changed, corrected resp. It was there when I first looked.

According to RAM's mintage report the 50c 2020 (JC) mintage is currently 630.000

Yes, these were interim figures for 2020 as identified by note at the foot of the page, hence the reason why I am sweating on them updating that data. Not to besmirch your attempt but always nice to see "official" data.

Don't believe the RAM annual reports for coin numbers it's simply a necessary government report about the factory
