Sorry I've been so quiet recently but after I recovered from my op that took a couple of months to heal I've had so much going on it's not funny.

Thanks everyone, I really hate moving but the house is so much nicer and bigger and newer so it's all good, just wish it had a big shed for me but that might be another project

Yes I have got a lot done over the last few years so happy with that and that it helped sell the house quick. They can also have the problems with the place like all the stairs and annoying neighbour The neighbours on the down side are great but the top side, my god it's a sad case.. the true definition of a bogan :blink:

maybe  A J will feed ya for a while , with fish sandwiches  I believe there are a lot of sharks in the river between Grafton and Coffs harbour , young sharks between 3 and 4 ft long are beautiful to eat , ask any fisherman .
