It's something that I like to call "Pin Hole" Toning.
Probably caused by a tiny bit of something that was touching the coin that has affected the toning or a pin hole in the envelope the coin was stored in.

I have just bought this one of Eric, I couldn't afford the MS66 coin he has on his website But the toning on this looks really promising and I just couldn't resist it :good:
