Me too trout. My glass never really does runneth over too much when thinking of the mess that those who should do better have gotten us into. But at 2 in the morning the glass is always going to be less than half empty :angel:

You're OK AJ, :good: what you say about foreigners being able to participate in our real estate market is an out and out tragedy. Our kids are almost fighting a loosing battle to buy their own homes when overseas money is allowed onto the auction floor. Average house price in Sydney for a house is one mil :shock:

oops sorry, there I go off topic again. Hey, that's it....when the foreign buyers or their agents arrive in the country to sus out the property deals they are required to go through Customs. So not off topic after all

I just checked a couple of other submissions via the tracking and they have come through "Unmolested" by customs.
These are both over the $1000 limit and yet they got through.
I am thinking that it is just a random thing when they hold a parcel and screw you around with the N10 form BS.

Sounds exactly like Woolworths but at least Customs get things done. Would love to see how the training goes! Training instructor: okay guys and gals today I feel like getting things done so just let what ever packages we have today go through unless you get a vibe about something.

Speed Camera's are for our safety, which is why they dont bother with people charging through Stop signs and Red lights ! Or anything that may require work like other traffic things. I would like to see Traffic Wardens, to enforce Road Rules and Defects in a consistent way. Get the numb skulls off the road. On my way to work I often have dim-wits pass me on the inside in a bike lane !

To be absolutely honest I have to agree in terms of the number of aggressive drivers on the road. I am on my L's at the moment and it is intimidating enough learning to drive but it is so much worse when you have people tailgating you (only seeing the bonnet in the rear view mirror), not giving way when they are merging into a main road, cutting over two lanes or even worse overtaking you so close that you have to break hard.

Every time I have had a submission held by customs they have never opened the box to inspect the contents. :dodgy:

Twice in the past year customs have placed a written advice of inspection in with the contents and resealed the package. One was from Europe, the other from USA.
