no it is a small scratch
I am serious about the trade btw. my last 23 I got sold for $1400 on ebay and this one is better imho but after fees/transport risk etc I would be happy with a trade for a half decent mule that is pcgs graded. it would fit in more with my collection than a copper coin, I don't really "do" pennies and half pennies. prefer silver, proofs and decimal stuff
