Once entries have closed on Dec 1st,  I contact any entrants for whom I
don't have postal details, and I also conduct a draw which determines
each entrants Secret Santa.

I send the recipients details to the relevant members whose responsibility it is then to send a gift to their recipient.

Gift value should be approx $5 - $10, sender pays the postage.  
Gifts are usually numismatically related, given that this is a Coin Forum.
