Just checking on this one from a 62 penny.
Does the 96 and the 69 look similar. Appologies again it's a scan. Having a bit of a problem with camera to computer, gremlins




The size of the loops in the 9 and 6 look a little similar. One picture, above, is rotated.

The coin in question.

Cause if  my eyes aren't deceiving me, there's something going on around here.
Thought it may be similar to the 46 florin,

:laugh2: .... got it first bounce G, but was tied up messing with pics (of my $1 coins) instead of doing a return of serve. I'm going to have to blow those pics up and rotate them equal so I can see if there is something there ...... then (yes) I'll dig out my 62's and see if I can find some supportive results.

Not sure if this helps or not G, but here goes



The centre holes appear very similar however the upper open section of the 6 appears more open than the 9. The 6 appears to only show a small amount of thickness above the centre hole alignment lines in comparison. The pointed lower tip of the 9 appears to be fatter and extend further than the 6.
