The Lurgy struck me down and I had 2 days off work -only back today because
of the antibiotics.Had to do my Noble's bidding lying on the couch at home so I'd have
to be pretty sick to miss that one
It\'s not about who you know it\'s about what you know

I'm feeling a bit better today and I made the HUGE mistake of telling Mrs trout so.
As a consequence of the I have been digging the garden and mowing the Lawn (about 3/4 acres of it) most of the day :dash1:
Ah well the lawn looks great and the pumpkins, water melon and rock melon are in the ground and ready (when they are) to grow :yahoo:

Do you want to come and do my grass, lawns and planting as a post exercise activity?

That's an awesome idea.. get him to turn your front yard into a melon patch. I'll volunteer to come and help you eat them when they're ripe. :)

I have been away -and disinclined to pay 75¢/minute for poor internet access- so have missed this interesting discussion.

Some observations;
•A tropical island cruise is an effective way to shake the lurgy. But much more expensive than the jab.
•Don't order a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster on a P&O ship. You may be summarily ejected from the premises (can you swim?). However a large range of alternatives is available for most carbon based life forms.

And some questions;
•What food is the best match for a PGGB?
•Is it OK to offer a PGGB to the Dish of the Day at the Restaurant at the End of the Universe? Or, is that considered bad form?

QuoteThere is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.
There is another theory which states that this has already happened.

Is that what P&O charge for satellite? Rogues and Thieves milking a captive audience!

A PGGB goes best with Chicken... but only after you get out of the recovery ward, never before.

It may or may not be considered bad form by the Dish of the Day... best to ask when you meet the meat.

I woke up this morning with a snivelling nose and a bit of a bark. Making the most of it and organising my collection. I havent put a single purchase into an album for over 2 months and have just sorted over 200 that need to be heat sealed and labelled. Whilst its a bit of fun its still one hell of a chore at times.

You got that right... hence why my desk resembles the Himalayas in miniature, with about 4 square inches of flat space left. And the piles are now tall enough to be very unstable... I really gotta deal with them soon. :(

That is their standard rate but they do have some package deals (don't actually seem to be much cheaper).
10 minutes internet or another drink is the exchange rate. No brainer; I will take the cocktail thanks. {Drinks are mostly reasonably priced -no excise outside territorial limits.}

I always thought "P&O" stood for "Pacific and Orient" but was recently (on board by a fellow passenger) informed it is now "Profit and Opportunity"!

If you sail enough days with P & O and /or Princess Cruises, one can get your internet for free, zilch, nuttin.   Wifey and I get ours free as a result of 150 days plus sailing/cruising with these companies.

Not without cataloguing them first.

Which is, of course, the painful part. :(
