'Twas not I Oz. I did mention the other day that I'd seen a pre cud impression of Kel's bum bag one, but haven't located it to take a pic. From memory most of my pre cud impression pics related to the thread I did on the rabbit ears on the 2010 second roos. I had a quick look through the noodling thread to see if Pedro or AJ posted anything but couldn't see it.

Nice work Kel! I've seen the pre-cud impression in that spot but haven't found the cud as yet.

Yep Kel, that's the one which I think was my last mention of a pre cud impression.

I do have a couple of other pre cud impressions that I wanted to put up pics of but have been distracted as usual.

I had a couple of these mixed in with a bunch of other coins.
I finally found one again and have it with me now.  Not sure how well I will be able to photograph it, but I will see how it goes.
The area covered is basically a full size "rabbit ears", but as a slight depression into the background rather than raised out of the background.

It looks more like a bubble rather than anything else.

I am sure this is caused by the die cracking internally causing a raised part in die.
The next stage would be for the cracked part to break off which then leads to normal "rabbit ears".
