This is the third coin in the German €5 polymer-ringed ''climate zone series.'' I got the coins today (Friday).
By the way, the animal is not a rabbit. It's a hare!

These two arrived a few days ago.

Notice the mint-mark ''A'' on the left one at the ''7 o'clock'' position. The Brazilian central bank has given the letter ''A'' to the Royal Dutch mint. It's the first time in many years that Brazilian coins were minted outside of the country. The Royal Dutch mint also minted 5 Centavo coins dated 2019. They have the mint-mark ''A'' too.

Triggersmob

Thanks for the info Ralf and nice to see your Brazilian coins are getting through.

I wanted this set since it was first issued even though I am neither a true world coin collector, nor a theme/motive one. But this set appealed to me greatly. It was initially diffcult to get it because there was supposedly a ban by the government to let the new coins out of the country. Later, sets became available for a very high price, especially considering the face value of the coins. But a dealer recently had them on sale. I took the opportunity.

I hope not. :)

Yet, it is sometimes very hard to stay focused and not drifting away from the core or center of ones collection.
I learnt my lesson several years ago (when I drifted too far away). But I just couldn't resist this set.

Nice looking coins and thanks. Because I had no idea where Sao Tome was I looked them up.
Also surprising to see a country that says they are a democratic republic on their coins that actually is.

Very recent additions to my collection.
A complete set of 2018-dated Mexican circulation coins, and the brand new 20 Peso coin. AFAIK, the 20 Peso is supposed to be a circulation coin.

Triggersmob

Nice coins Ralf. Thanks for sharing.
I like the 20 pesos. :)
