Chromed coins?!?

I found another one in yesterday's $200 bag. I think someone had a bunch that got put back into a coin counter and they got mixed into different bags st armagard.
1998 this time.
Strange....
I think the key to working out if its polishing would be to look at the high,  sharp points of the design to look for wear and the low obstructed points to see if they have less "treatment" and look at different places (like edges) to seee of they have been missed
I think a layer of chrome would obscure details evenly everywhere.
I dont think I have anything suitable to look that closely.
Oh well, its nothing amazing just a bit odd.

People often get confused with these type of coins.
I have become quite good at picking them up from pic's because of the fact that I have been stung a bit on eBay with these bloody things :dash1:
