Buy / Sell / Trade / Wanted Forum Rules

Please read these rules before posting in the Australian Coin Forum Buy/Sell/Trade/Wanted Forums.  By posting in these forums you are accepting these rules and conditions as listed below.

• Members must have posted at least 50 times on the Australian Coin Forum and have been a member for at least 14 days to be able to buy/sell/trade/wanted in any situation on this forum.
• Members must have posted at least 50 times on the Australian Coin Forum and have been a member for at least 14 days to be able to start a thread thread in the Buy / Sell / Trade / Wanted forum.  These posts must be useful and more than "me too" posts.
• No-one to post links to their own or other eBay auctions in the Members eBay Links Thread without having 50 posts.
  
• All trading must be carried out in the buy/sell/trade/wanted forum.
• Moderators / forum owners have final say on whether a user can post in the Buy / Sell / Trade / Wanted forum.  Their decision is final and no debate will be entered into.
• A new thread title must be prefixed with one of the following.  FOR SALE, FOR TRADE, FOR AUCTION, WANTED.  A thread that is not correctly titled will edited by the moderators as they deem appropriate.  Serial offenders will have their threads deleted.
• Each member can only have ONE active thread of each type.  So you can have one FOR SALE thread active at one time, and one FOR TRADE and so on.  If you post a new thread without cleaning up your old ones the new thread will be deleted.
• When a thread is finished whether it be because the item is sold, auctioned, or you don't want to sell / buy any more the thread title prefix must be changed to CLOSED.  If an item is SOLD it might be helpful to include SOLD in the title so people know not to bug you about items if they find them in the archives.  If a for sale thread has not changed in one month it will be considered CLOSED and moved to the archives by the moderators.
• CLOSED threads will be moved by moderators into a closed trading thread forum.
• Trading occurs between members only.  In no way are moderators or the forum owners involved in transactions UNLESS the forum owners or moderators actively take part in a trading thread.  When they do so they are acting as forum members only and not acting in their roles as moderators / forum owners.
• The forum owners and moderators will not take part in trading disputes.  You're all grown ups and can sort out your own problems.
• Continual disputes as either a buyer or seller can result in banning from the Buy / Sell / Trade / Wanted forums and possibly the entire forum.  Again, no debate will be entered and the moderator / forum owner decision is final.
• Do not post off topic or otherwise in other people's for sale/trade/wanted threads unless it directly relates to that item and your potential buy/sell/trade.  Off topic posts will be deleted without warning. Members have the right to post an item and a price without interference from other members.
