Looks like there are fakes of this coin out there.
A converted 1920 dot below London to dot above by adding a dot above.
This coin came from and Ebay seller in QLD.

Not good. Of course it lacks the  die identification marker of a genuine coin.

Looks like "dot" added to coin with a nail punch to give concave shape with moat.
pra666 is correct no markers.
Unless some 1920 "expert" insists there were 2 die sets used!

My notes also say "three beads being fused with the rim above the first T in BRITT on the obverse".

Yes there are other markers.
eg three dots above the S in GEORGIUS.
Perhaps an offset die clash.

The reverse seems to have a die chip on the top of E in penny. That is a known marker for one of the 2 known Dot Below English.
