:laugh2: .... I love it when that stuff gets around ..... I think every year is the same since the current year is always the difference of the year you were born and your age  :angel: ..... if you've already had your birthday this year the result will now be 2020

I have a calendar, up on the wall, in front of my computer -dated 1991. Exactly the same as 2019.
How many different calendars do you think are needed to provide for every possible year?

Seven days of the week, leap year every four years; except every 100 years but thousandth year is a leap year. Does that help?

Yes 14.
Easiest way to work it out is;
•Seven different days of the week so there can only be seven different start days
•Years have either 365 or 366 (leap year) days
7 x 2 = 14

Do a web search and you can find lists of same years and copies of the 14 different calendars.
I have a lot of old calendars -some dating back more than fifty years- that I picked up at garage/clearing sales. So every year I can choose a vintage calendar to hang on the wall. Not very useful really as plenty of devices* around tell me what day it is but just interesting conversation pieces.
*I don't wear a watch for partly the same reason that accurate time is usually instantly available, even if you really want to know it.

Your age + your birth year never worked for my mum as every year she was 28. Got really weird when all us kids were older than she said she was.

It won't work for me until September - haven't had a birthday this year.

Can't see why it is strange -very simple maths. Year you were born and first birthday is one year later which is the then current year. Next year second birthday and if is the next year again. Susquent year....you get the picture.

An example; our favorite Spicks and Specks captain and (ex)JJJ announcer Myf Warhurst was born May 1973 and turns 47 May this year. 1973 + 47=2020.
