I'm having trouble

All of a sudden NGC won't grade wedding set coins (2010 - 2014) that I send to them as such. :huh:

All the 2002 to 2009 sets sent were graded and marked "Wedding set" on the label. They weren't sent in the boxes either. I just put that I would like Wedding set for them on the form.

Weren't they just standard proofs from 2010 onwards? Not sure.

The wedding set coins from 2010 onwards were just proofs and are indistinguishable from the coins in a standard proof set.
The earlier wedding set coins were specimen strikes and were Very different to all the other coins in the other sets minted by RAM for these years .
The early wedding set coins are unique, the coins in the sets from 2010 are not.

Since I posted they have asked for photos of the boxes and contents. Will do that and see what they say

Have heard back from NGC and have had a little win as such

Had to submit photos of the whole year set and they have agreed to put Wedding set on the labels for the years 2010 -2014

It just finishes off the whole wedding sets the same

I've found Ali at NGC great to deal with and she replies very quickly.

No mate not Ali. When I first sent the email a lady named Lisa Berzins answered. She was very helpful and got it sorted for me.

Posting 2010/2011 sets on Monday and see what happens

Will have to do that now for the final two (2) sets.

All up mate it was roughly $35oUS - not cheap now that the bum has dropped out of the $ but want to finish off the wedding sets
