Received this note from the bank yesterday.

Interesting looking serial number; not a radar, not a repeater but what I would call a rotational. Twofold rotational symmetry (or 180ยบ rotational axis) for six digits. Has to be worth $50.

I will be spending it unless someone thinks it worth having.
Thinking is dangerous, it makes you think. That\'s why many people avoid it.

Cool Jeff. Gee that rang a bell so I had a big of a dig around and I had this one back in 2013.

Hercules

Great work, Jeff and Uni! I've never seen a rotational serial number before, so I'm absolutely loving this. :yahoo:

interest

A well known symbol with rotational symmetry is the Isle of Man "tree cassyn" (the three legs) on their coat of arms and flag and also featuring on their banknotes.

Plus postage, unless you are cruising through Gulgong in the future.

Not beyond the realms of possibility. Its just past Upper Tumbutka West, the other side of the Black Stump, right?

Or, I could just mail you one of the free postage stamps I've never actually found a use for since they gave them to me. ;)

And pay for a new stamp to post it. That sound like a Plan....NOT!

Two. One for you to use, one to send it to you. DERP!

I'd be tempted to buy it as well, but not immediately. I'm trying to save up for another round of noodling. ;)
