For Valour PNC

[petpat]

Hi Everyone,
I need help finding a 2000 For Valour PNC Envelope Only.
My brother-in-law has the PNC but the envelope is torn and he would like to replace it.
I asked a couple of PNC sellers on eBay and one guy JNC-Coins66 said he had two.  I replied but he won't reply back. eBay may be blocking the messages.

So if some can help I would be really grateful. (So would my Bro in law)

Keep collecting!
