I need some assistance.  I'm tying to find the KM#'s for all the Little Dinkums $5 Gold coins issued by RAM, but the last 2 are eluding me.

So far I have:

2008 Kip Koala  #1066
2008 Bunny Bilby  #1067
2009 Lillypilly Frill Necked Lizard #1085
2009 Petey Platypus #1086

These next 2 don't appear anywhere that I can think of to look for them.

2010 Tinga Tasmanian Devil #  ??
2010 Kato Cockatoo # ??

So far I have searched: Numista, Numismaster, 2015 Krause 9th Edition, World Coin Gallery.

Any help would be appreciated. :give_rose:

Thanks for trying Steve. :good:

I'll wait a few more days and then pose the question on CCF.

I actually have the full set of 6 of these, bought during some 'moments of madness' and  just like to know as much about them as is possible.

I have the 2013 copy of Krause and they do not appear. Are you sure they are Australian minted and not naru or something?

Unicorn

Here's where the Mint Issue had some in it ..... (plus a bonus on page 2) ..... so they were definately the RAM and an image from Downies shows the normal Australian Obverse.

Maybe wait for the next edition of Krause. May be in by then

If they are not on any of the web sites you mentioned especially Numismaster then Krause has not issued a KM # for it yet. There are quite a few RAM issued coins they have missed over the years.

I have had a really good go at updating the Numista website with Australian decimal coins over the last year or so. There were heaps of omissions and pictures missing, mistakes in mintages etc. But it is now pretty much up to scratch. The last ones I concentrated on were all the $5 Aluminium bronze 38.74 mm issues. We also have a really good Referee on there for Australian coins and he validates the entries I make on there very quickly.

Cheers Mike

I've been able to check both the Krause 2016 & 2017 issues and they still don't appear, so that info simply isn't available at this point in time.
