lost emails

Don't know if anyone else has had any trouble with emails going thru as I send 5 thank you emails yesterday to Kel, Waldo, enworb, trout and Rob and I got one from enworb asking ifI got my gift so I take it that some emails make it but some don't and I got one back from trout but they don't show up in my email section..this has also happened before but I didn't take much notice so if you send some one an email and they don't answer it could be because they didn't get it for some strange reason..hope this helps some as I'm not a snob and I'll answer emails so there's something wrong with the system somewhere.

I've looked everywhere for these emails I sent but can't find anything anywhere so if anyone knows anything please let Mark or PP know so they can try and work this out as it's putting me off the email system.

I really can't work out why trout got it but the others didn't and why they don't show up in sent, draft or anywhere :dash1:

Why don't you stick with sending pm's rather than emails through the forum. Then you at least can see them in your sent box.

here's what I'm talking about if I've done this right, I can't find the one's I sent except the one I talked about, but trout replied to one I send that just doesn't show on my system..gremlins maybe

haha that a cool pic, mine says 74 messages 37% of PM space used, the sad thing is I clean it up quite often.
ok it remembers messages going in and out, so if it says 74 its (74 total)
you can see what's in you inbox as you enter you PM page (that just shows what people are sending you and there reply's)
now my dear if you look to the left there is a menu side panel > user cp home > messenger -( in this tab should show) > inbox [your standard set page] > sent items "is this what you are looking for" you can see what you have sent from here!
oh forgot to mention this is all on you PM page, so you click (personal messages) from the forum and you then are taken to your PM page, from there you should see the menu panel on the left with the word tabs as named above

decided to do a total clean up of PM's
yeah I can see there was a few probs when I did this, I was deleting them one by one and when I had 5 in the trash I would go and delete the trash. but when I would go back into {messages sent folder} it would say that the folder was empty even when I knew I had emails still in it, I had to keep refreshing the page when I would enter the sent messages folder to make the messages appear, anyway its all done now and my inbox and sent message folders are totally empty YAY.
