Anyone going to the RAM Pop Up shop in Melbourne on Thursday November the 1st?
Location - Southern Cross Station – Bourke Street Entrance

If you are and you would like to swap a Melbourne (M) Counterstamped Rascals & Ratbags $1 coin for a Brisbane (B) Counterstamped one just let me know.

Cheers Mike

Just wondering if anyone went to this and would like to swap a (M) counterstamp for a (B) counterstamp version?

I don't think they were doing the Rascals and Ratbags tour today. How could they possibly take the counterstamping machine to four different locations at once?

Nov 1 was just a change swap for sachets and some new mint products

Melbourne pop up shop had the counterstamp machine for the "M" Ratbags and Rascal coin.
They never had an operator working the machine while we were there.
They also had the new Mint and Proof sets, the $2 C Remembrance coins, a selection of the recent releases and the swap bags.

Left home at 8am and arrived at Spencer Street station at around 11am.
Michael dropped Kim and I off to wait in line and parked the car.
100 people in front of us.
3 and a half hours later get to purchase our M counterstamp and C Remembrance coins.
300 plus people still in the line up after us.
It was 33 degrees in Melbourne yesterday.

This was the biggest line up we have ever seen in Melbourne.

Why would they create or sell "B" counterstamp coins in Melbourne? Anyway, the line up in Brisbane was nice and short. I went through three times in less than an hour, and got heaps of red poppy coins in the process. I kept 6 bags for myself and sold 3 bags to a family member. The reason I got 6 bags for myself is because that's how many bags I have of the ANZAC Day 2017, Remembrance Day 2017, ANZAC Day 2018 and Invictus Games bags. Hence, I now have as many red poppy coins as I would have bought from the online shop. I'm saving all of these for a rainy day.

They didn't they stamped (M) ones which is why I was asking if anyone wanted to swap a (B) Counterstamped Rascals $1 coin one for a (M) one.

I wasn't referring to you, Mike. I was referring to Jen's post, which previously read "Melbourne pop up shop had the counterstamp machine for the "B" Ratbags and Rascal coin." I think it was a mistake, because she's now changed it. :ok:
