Public Forum posting problems

I see recently that a new member has been posting in the public forum. I noticed now it's not that easy to reply to a post in that part of the forum. It's easy to do a quick reply but the full reply feature borks. So if you want to include a link or a pic then it's bad luck. This is probably a result of the last changes Mark made here or updates to the software. I'll get Mark to have a look at it when he has time, he's been pretty snowed under lately. 

I see Nancy you posted  a reply, did you have any troubles?

OK, just tried to reply to the most recent post and no can do.
Wondering if it might be best to move the newbie's posts to the main forum.

I just tried Quick reply which worked fine....but if I use New Reply I also get the same as Nancy.
