Does anyone have a reliable list of Fijian decimal coin mintages, which goes all the way up to 2016/7? I've tried getting this information off Numista, but it's very incomplete, and some of the mintages look inaccurate. Are there any other sources of information out there besides Numista?

The Fiji Reserve bank annual reports give figures of currency in circulation at different dates. The difference should be the amount released into circulation. No actual mintagr figures anywhere that i have ever found.
Latest report available is first half of 2016.

Not necessarily. That's just the net number of coins released into circulation, not the gross number. Also, it doesn't say what the date was on the coins that were released into circulation. How on earth do Fijian collectors cope with such poor data? Do you have any information about which denominations were minted dated 2014-2017? Are the 2014 5c, 2014 $2 and 2017 Rugby Sevens 50c the only ones, or are there others not listed on Numista?

Sorry mate, I have no data on mintages. I have looked before and didn't find anything. I will have a look at the Canadian mint tomorrow (they have been making Fiji and New Zealand coins since both countries changed to the smaller, steel cored coins) and see if they have any figures hidden in a report.
Best I could do is tell you what years I have found circulating for the different coins. Apart from the sevens 50ยข the latest year I have seen is 2014 and I have been in Fiji at least once a year for quite a few years. I would say nothing (except the sevens) in 2015, 2016 and, probably, 2017.

The March 2004 Coin and Banknote magazine had an article covering the at times confusing state of affairs up to 2002 I think. I asked where the information was sourced from and was pointed to http://www.numismaster.com - no idea how good it is for recent stuff (my interest stops at 2006).

Unfortunately, that list doesn't provide mintages - only information about whether a particular coin exists. Still, it's better than nothing. :)

Yeah these more niche countries can be a little tricky - I collect Solomon Islands stuff and out of the six denominations I've been keeping an eye out for, I can so far say that all reported years exist for just two of them (the other denominations have years which they were supposedly minted in but I'm yet to even see a picture of them).

And never mind the Perth mint issues purporting to be currency of various, small pacific island nations.
