That's the one, but I don't know the story.

The Philippine coin was struck by the US Mint branch in Manila.

I've got the set up to Ronnie Reagan .. both D & P mints. Didn't bother with the S mint. You can get the coins in circulation up to the 2011 James Garfield issue. As mentioned the Americans don't like using them but they are able to be used in some vending machines. Sometimes you can find a change machine next to a vending machine that accepts notes and dishes out $1 coins. That is how I got a lot of mine. You can also walk into just about any bank and ask for a roll. But you will get Susan B Anthony and Sacagawea dollars mixed in the roll.

Most coin shops in the US will sell the latest ones at just over face value if you ask for them. They have little coin pots full of them. Or you can just buy the Year Mint sets to get them.
