Aussie stranded in the Uk

Attached are photo of another strange coin/token I picked up. It is a 45mm proof coin, and although I did not know what it was when I purchased it (A$10.00) I could not resist.

A lot of reseach later and I know not a lot more. One was listed here in Lodon in February 2013 as

Scarce - BiCentenary of Australia - Australia's Numismatic Treasures bust of George III 1788-1988 / three rare Aussie coins. It sold at auction for £35.00 (A$57.00) so it seems a winner.

Enjoy

Australian coin

hmm had a good look around on the net and couldn't find a match, I would say it is a silver medal, and as such would be valued at silver price

accumulator

I like it,don't know anything other than it's obviously made for the Bi-Centenial of Australia.

Fulvio

Its actually quite a nice design. Wouldn't mind seeing it on a coin.
