A continuation of Part One.

Yet to do the resize

Round Crop

Very usefull when the background is messy.
Select Crop Tab
Checkmark "Crop Around Image"
Select Colour to be used as background.

(Black, White or Light Grey usually look O'k.)

Place cursor at 12 o'clock and drag to 6 o'clock on rim.
Expand "Handle" at 9 o'clock to rim.
Repeat Expand "Handle" at 3 o'clock.

Save your work

Save Cropped Area

You now have a Cropped Image with Background Colour of Choice.

Resize Image

To conserve storeage space and optimum display on this forum
it is quite normal to resize your images.
I find that an image sized to 800pxX800px about right.

At the Home workspace select the cropped image to resize
Select Resize Tab

Adjust the LONG side to 800, the software will automatically
adjust the other side. Preserve Aspect Ratio is on by default

O'k the change then Save
(Choose a different file name to preserve original)

Your Cropped and Resized image is done :yahoo:

NO Room For Final Image 10 Images per Post :dead_horse:

The software is a very usefull tool for other image management
as well as anitation, pointers and a squillion other tricks.
Enjoy  :police_car:

I've been using Photoscape for some time now and it is brilliant. Since I started using Tinypic as well, I no longer bother to re-size in Photoscape unless my image is too small, then I re-size it upwards, as Tinypic and the Forum automatically take care of reducing the size if what I am posting is too large.
EG:  This image on my PC is 929kb. Check the scaled down size in the yellow bar against the original size. No resizing done by me at all!

This one is 122kb: No resizing done by me at all!
