Title: Nice toning
Post by: Fr45h3R on January 31, 2013, 06:27:40 PM
Hi All,
Got this one today, has beautiful toning, just wondering how something like this would come about ? Would it just be the medium it was stored in, or something more sinister?

Very nice coin Rob :good:,the toning does'nt look like anything sinister would be the cause of the toning though.

I know some prefer their silver coins blast white but I quite like nicely toned coins. This one NGC MS63.

Nice little looker, are you using Flouro lighting ?
The White Balance in camera is not set correctly.

Some of those teeny early threepences can have beautiful colours. Nice coin!
