So I got 4 of these today. They are all in a state of disrepair. 3 were from a bag opened in front of me, and they were still all missing pieces of paint.
I'm really not sure about these painted coins.
It's obvious the mint's processes aren't as good as they think they are
I got 12 of them and had to search through to find a semi decent one.

Yep, paint chipped on all of them. :(
I got 8 from Woolies today.
Okay, found a decent light source and none of them look like the picture. They are all suffering from paint chipping, some much worse than others but none are pristine.
Did they release them in a folder at all because I wouldn't hold your breath on finding a good one otherwise.
Clearly no one at RAM tested these before release. If I was Woolies I'd complain.
So I just got some more.
These Socceroos ones weren't as bad as my others, but the lovely lady opened a bag of the AUS coins (all A's).
Straight out of the bag and into my hand. Look at my index finger, you can see the piece of yellow paint coming off right away.
Maybe they could stop painting coins? Seems like a fruitless exercise.

I think they need to improve the process. Maybe it is better on a flat surface.
Seems like there wasn't the buy in a cardboard sleeve option this time around.
My local had none but a friend was able to get two for me.
