Later in October will see the releases of the following coins:
2020 $2 Firefighters Circulating Coin Roll
2020 $2 AlBr Coloured 'C' mintmark Coin - Firefighters
2020 $2 AlBr Coloured Coin in Card - Firefighters (no mintmark)
and
2021 Year Sets will start to be released on the 29th October
I think it is going to be a costly month.
Hm, and no coin swaps to get the new $2.
yep, dealers make a mint, no pun intended.
So it will be a standard circulating coin I suppose?
2020 $2 AlBr Coloured Coin in Card - Firefighters (no mintmark)
will be a circulating coin
The bags of 25 x $2 Firefighter circulating coins are up on eBay

Wow, there sure are a LOT of them up there.
Received mine from the RAM earlier this week.
Looks like the non-mintmark coin is on the RAM site again but not shipping until mid December.
I got a pleasant surprise today. At the end of last week I had a catalogue turn up for latest offerings from a major coin distributor. It included the Firefighters RAM roll for $99 (plus postage) although their website had been saying out of stock for some time.
Duly filled in my details mailing it off and expecting to be told "Out of stock" but no, they emailed me accepting my order giving me an order number and saying they would process my credit card payment.
That makes me quite happy because there was no way I was paying $200+ for a roll on greedbay.
I'll have to deal with this company by mail more frequently.
Wow, that's the sort of deal I've been looking for.
Which coin company is it?
D*wnies surprisingly. Had to get an issue with the credit card fixed but it is all good now.

Ok, I have checked their website a few times hopefully,
but they never show any. :(

Yes exactly. It seems like they have (had) a supply put aside for mail order customers. I get their catalogue posted to me once in a while and when it wasn't saying "sold out" I tried my luck.
So my $99 Firefighters coin roll turned up from D*wnies today and I was surprised to find that the RAM roll now comes with a holographic foil seal like you see on the C*tt*n and C* rolls.
How long has RAM been doing that? It certainly wasn't on the 75th Anniversary of the end of WWII roll.
I'm not sure - were there rolls for standard 2020 coins this year?
I have found rolls of the standard $2, 20c, 10c and 5c.
I've seen security company rolls for $2, 20 cents and 5 cents but no RAM ones. The only RAM ones issued are the $2 comemoratives as far as I am aware.
The Royal Australian Mint commemorates the 75th anniversary of the End of World War II and the Firefighters ones.
More on these Firefighters coins. Seen some security bags on fleabag. From what I can see the coins are DREADFUL. The printed colour section is in terrible condition. Missing bits on every coin. I'm thinking it might be worth getting a roll to rip open and get the best ones graded because if that is any indication of circulated quality you'd be lucky to get one graded MS65.
I got my carded one during the week and it had a number of bagmarks.

Ypu'd think given the premium charged they could do better selecting the collector's specimen.
Disapointing design the Eternal Flames $2 is the nicest
