Peters of Kensington have an eBay store (they are a well known Sydney retailer).
Using the code JUICER at checkout gives you 20% off.
Browsing their store, I noticed they sell a small selection of current RAM releases. I can confirm that the 20% off gets applied to the coins.

eBay has been doing discount offers for some time now -must be getting desperate to keep sales up. Also offering sellers discounts on fees for certain periods.
I bought a set of wheel centre caps that way for less than buying directly from the supplier.
If you see a note on the listing along the lines of "See how you can buy this for $xxx" then hover your mouse there to get the discount code.
I have seen them at 5%, 10% and 15% but not 20%. That makes for a good deal and postage is less than the RAM too.
Usually coins are excluded though.
Not sure whether Peter's or ebay fronts up the $20 I saved.
It does definitely work. Just had a splurge...
Order total
Subtotal AU $300.00
Item discount -AU $60.00
Postage AU $5.50
Total AU $245.50
16 items on that order.
Well done folks! ::good:
Those discount offers are usually paid by eBay but at 20% on everything from PoK (21,003 listings) I think probably a deal between both parties.
Damn - I only what the $15 2019 $2 Coloured Coin in a card. With 20% off and $5 shipping, it's still more expensive than walking to Wynyard Coins and get one. LOL
I'm click and collecting from Barangaroo ;)

Ah awesome thank you! Although that's quite a long walk to save $3. But I am time rich and asset poor. :)

Is it just EOFY? Usually lots of deals to entice businesses to spend for tax.
My coins just arrived.
20% discount from list price and $5.50 for express post (16 items) is, I think, a very good buy.
eBay are getting desperate because Americans and Canadians are using this platform less
Personally I have no respect whatsoever for eBay Australia because they host frauds and don't resolve reported items
I have probably said it before but will say it again...It would be great to see trademe (https://www.trademe.co.nz/) expand into Australia. I have bought there quite a bit (NZ and Fiji coins) and it is a much friendlier site than eBay.
They saw off eBay's attempt to start a New Zealand site with ease. The best recommendation I can give for Trade Me is that the numbers of accounts, listings and visitors. https://www.trademe.co.nz/About-trade-me/Site-stats (https://www.trademe.co.nz/About-trade-me/Site-stats) and, on average, there around a million visits to the site each day.
New Zealand population is currently a touch under 5million according to the Government Statistician.

Tell me about it,joined Ebay around 1999/2000 to sell my Coins that were gathering dust and 20 years later i have about 10 times what i started with. :s
It's happening again, though only for eBay plus members, which also gives you free delivery ... POKEN20 is the code.
For the uninitiated, as you would be aware, whenever ebay has sales or discounts ... "coins and banknotes" are excluded from the list.
However for some reason, Peter's of Kensington sell Royal Australia Mint coins, and do not list them correctly in the category of "coins".
So you can get 20% off products which are rarely discounted.
My problem is I have already bought everything they are selling already, but did pick up a couple of 2021 proof sets for 20% less than what they are "worth".

versus
https://eshop.ramint.gov.au/coin-pack-proof-6-coin-set-2021-coloured-aboriginal-flag - $120.00
If you search:
seller:petersofkensington mint
You will see their coin offerings
Yes I bought something from them once for less than RAM price.
But I haven't been much near eBay now for Months.
It is no longer a genuine auction site, just another online outlet.
Nice hack - I usually don't end up using the promo codes, or buying a coin book instead if I see something I want.
