Well I was a lucky little bugger yesterday. (Just in time as things were getting pretty tight around here).
After not noodling for months I got to have a few hours and yes .....
Any help with grading would be greatly appreciated.

Very well done Mate, Congratulations :yahoo:
:wavemulticolor:
A beautifully cantered strike and in great condition seeings as it has been "In the Wild" for 17 years :good:
PCGS would most likely grade this at AU50-55 :ok:
That is quite a good one. Looks much better than one I sold recently which fetched $860 (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2000-1-DOLLAR-034-MULE-034-MINT-ERROR-/252840737907?rd=1).
Could be a nice little boost to the budget.
This one will grade AU55 guaranteed .
I would suggest sending it off to PCGS to be graded as I imagine that this will be the best way to sell it.
If you don't have an account Eric provides a really good service :Good:
A very nice 2000 Mule find there.
It would at least grade AU55 or better as compared to my slabbed Mules.
Thanks heaps for the input Fellas! (I think I'm still in shock from finding it).

Super find Uni!!!! :yahoo:
Pedro
Great find Uni......maybe you should change tour ID to Hawkeye...:yahoo:
Very nice find and great condition too. Well done! :yahoo: :good:
Excellent find uni, and well centred too. I went to ebay to see what people were asking for coins in similar grade, and found one just like yours, of course it was yours :laugh2:
where's the link, auto. :)
Uni's listing are here (https://www.ebay.com.au/sch/walktheunicorn/m.html?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEFSXS%3AMESOI&_trksid=p2053788.m1543.l2654) but no mule at present.
Thanks, Jeff. :)

Thanks auto, :)
WOW.
It wasn't that long ago that these Mules were going for $200 a pop.
It is good to see that at least one of the decimals are appreciating in value :yahoo:
Why are you in such a hurry to sell it? I'll be holding on to mine until it hits the $100,000 mark. :winkextra:
How long do you plan to live?
:laugh2: ... Love it Jeff!
Thanks all for the congrats, yes it didn't take me long to list it (Herc, I'm broke as hence the quick flip). I would have liked to keep it as it looks really nice in hand, much better than my previous mules.
Good spotting Auto! (that's my other ebay account).
(Would have joined back in the conversation earlier but Mrs Uni is pretty crook at the moment and I've been flat out).
If I had some spare dollars aust, I'd have a crack at it, Uni. :)

That's not something I spend too much time thinking about. I'm more concerned about how long my grandparents will live. :winkextra:

This one is from Downies next auction and PCGS graded AU55 with an estimate of $2500.

Nice one, I like AU55 as a grade.
Me too. I like the idea of a coin having minimal wear and contacts and still retaining all the design features which AU55 gives you, but affordable compared to top tier coin, although rarities in this grade are always up there.
