Hi all
I am trying to buy something from Canada but the dealer does not ship outside USA and Canada. Does anyone know of someone I could use as in intermediary who lives in USA or Canada I could use for this?
Thanks
Shane

Hi Shane,
I have a contact in USA (a member of the Knights of the Coin Table). Loggin and ask him (SirStacksALot) and I am sure he will help.
I often have coins from USA or Canada sent to him and he onforwards to me
Cheers
Barry

He lives in the U.S.A.
If all else fails, Australia Post offer a reshipping service from US
https://shopmate.auspost.com.au/
I have never used it, and not sure what happens with high valued item (if yours is an expensive coin).
Shopmate looks good
i rarely buy anything from overseas myself

Shopmate looks expensive to me. Many times coins I purchase in USA have very high postage to OZ so I have it sent to a contact in USA who send it to me for a lot less.
The solution is quite simple really, Just shop around until you find a seller that does ship to Aus and doesn't charge unreasonable shipping costs.
For every coin you are looking for there is usually a seller that will ship to Aus and not rip you off on the postage, All you have to do is look a bit harder :ok:

Of course - they need to make a profit!
Hence I said "If all else fails". :)
