Post by: Goldseeker on June 16, 2017, 06:12:47 PM
I had to go into the city today to get my new RAM coins and whilst in the shop, I had a quick look at the table specials.

The 1992 Olympic Games proof set took my eye so I picked it up and opened the box.

Low and behold not only was there a very nice proof set but an untouched Mint Set as well.

Informed the staff and got the two sets for the price of the proof.

I think I was lucky,

Absolutely not!

PS: Should I pencil you in for a weekend visit, and do you reckon I could cart my goodies home on the train, or are we looking at a more substantial expedition? ;)

Not for the next few weeks I am afraid as wifey is for hip replacement tomorrow.   Me thinks I will b e busy for a while.

If I think you are after your 23 sets of you know what, better deal directly with daughter on that one.
