I would call it an error.
The postage alone would cost more than that. :)
Looks like a stolen ebay seller ID as there is no current feedback
Perhaps it's a Scamera?

Maybe this is one of those new "Scamcams" that automatically detects scams and records them for you :laugh2::laugh2:
:laugh2: .... On ya Trout.
Then there's those new ones that you put on your wallet in case of accidental spending ........ Doshcam.

All is good I got my money back, I would have much preferred to have upgraded my Nikon D3200 for $40 though

Yes, I have the utmost faith in PayPal to get my money back is a deal turns Sour :)
I will answer the question raised by the post title. I decided that as soon as I checked the listing -SCAM!
I didn't comment then because I thought anyone would have seen that.
I have seen similar before.
It may be coincidental But today I have had some pretty major problems with my eBay account.
First up I had a payment that I had received from a buyer put on "Hold" because apparently I am a New eBay member, I have been an eBay member since 2008 with a feedback score of 2734.
I spent the best part of an hour sorting that problem out having to ring both eBay and PayPal and if any of you have had to ring these people you would know exactly how much of a pain in the arse that is :dash1:
I then have a look at my account summary and notice that on my ID history I apparently joined eBay 20 nov 15 and yet on my account page the correct date of 13 sept 08 is there.
This necessitated yet another call to Mumbai/eBay and I have been assured that extra security will be attached to my account, I also immediately changed my password.
So my little game I played with the Camera scam could possibly have turned around on me and bit me on the Bum
