Title: Empty boxes
Post by: gabby on December 29, 2016, 11:56:44 AM
Have had some sets slabbed and graded and now have the boxes left from that

What do you do with them - throw them away, evilbay them, keep them or what

Curious to know

I'd keep them. Because if I were buying something that originally came in a box, I'd want the box too.

Keep them if you have the space to store them.

I normally keep all the "Clamshell" types But the proof sets and the like I don't really bother to keep.
The Fine Silver Proof sets have really nicely made timber boxes that I keep except for the ones the granddaughters have commandeered as jewellery boxes  :)
