Title: Merry chrissie
Post by: ausjack on November 21, 2016, 04:54:46 AM
Sorry I've been so quiet recently but after I recovered from my op that took a couple of months to heal I've had so much going on it's not funny.

Got a lot of my reno jobs done and thought we'd still be here for a while but the old girl decided to put the place on the market and the bloody thing sold within a week so the last few weeks I've been pretty busy packing. Gee I didn't realise how much crap I have accumulated over the years so it'll take me a while to get it all sorted in the new place that I'll be in around the 8th of next month so just wanted to get in early and wish everyone a very merry chrissie and happy new year and to apologise to everyone that's on my chrissie card list because I don't know if I'll get around to sending them out this year because of so many things going on sorry, so with moving and seeing my new neurologist just after I move it's all happenin.

So hope you all have a lovely holiday and drive safe if on the roads :give_heart:

Seasonal greetings AJ. If it sold in only a week did she get the best price. Where are you gonna hang your hat now?

Thanks Rob. Yes it was priced for a quick sale and happy enough with the price as we wanted it gone so we could get the new place. We probably could have put a bit more on it but would have had to sit for longer but that would have meant we missed out on this place. Moving up the hill with the elitists :mocking: Get away from the bloody idiot bogan next door :dodgy:

When I get settled in you'll have to come up and see the new digs :friends:

Thanks everyone, I really hate moving but the house is so much nicer and bigger and newer so it's all good, just wish it had a big shed for me but that might be another project :)
I'll send out the new address soon.

Yes I have got a lot done over the last few years so happy with that and that it helped sell the house quick. They can also have the problems with the place like all the stairs and annoying neighbour ;) The neighbours on the down side are great but the top side, my god it's a sad case.. the true definition of a bogan

So, do I gotta come up and help with the move?

I'll package up all the coins for ya. I guarantee at least 90% 80% 70% half of the goodies will arrive safe and sound in their new digs.

And it won't even cost ya much. Comfy bed, room service, hot and cold running maids... ;)

Sadly, we can't afford to be that generous. But, on the upside, you can have all the water you can drink, for free.

Shark is pretty good as long as you bleed out the trunk then put it in an icy saltwater slurry for a while to get all the ammonia out of the flesh.
I wonder how those eBay sharks would like that treatment :laugh2:

Will send out a few messages with the new address so if I miss anyone I'm sorry but will let you know when I'm back on line :good:
