Hmmm.....Hasn't been too much from me these days.  I think I might abdicate and pass the throne to Pedro.

Apart from a few coins I get in change, I do very little proper noodling these days, haven't bugged the Bank for any coins since 2011 and even then it was just a bag of 1000x5c. (I think)

I wasn't thinking of Queen Pedro, more like Prince or King. Actually Prince Pedro sort of has a resonance to it. :yahoo:

Prince Pedro does have a certain ring to it, even adds a bit of non-existent class! :P

No Goldy, I examine each coin with a 10 x Loupe.  Once upon a time a 5 x loupe was enough, but my eyesight has deteriorated a fair bit lately.

I had a look but I can't remember where Nevol put it sorry Basil but she did post ages ago about her set up and using little container with the bottom cut out from my poor memory but if you ask real nice I'm sure she'll put up a link next time she's on because she's such a lovely helpful person :)

Thanks AJ,i'll PM if she doesn't see post.I had another go on the W/end and everything is fine except trying to get the full Coin(Pennies) in shot.

Edit...sorted,i did a search and found that she was using a KB scope,i got my old one out, raised it up about a foot and presto, whole Coin in reasonable Focus.
The latest Chinese ones, have adjustable light on usb cable, won't Focus to get complete Coin no matter what you do.Thanks All.
