Title: 1981 20c Partial Brockage / Double Strike

PPH and I snaffled this one last week.  1981 20c, partial brockage/indent and it's been struck twice.

It looks like this has seen a bit of circulation amazingly.
It must have taken a while before anyone noticed this one in their change.

No, it's UNC.  It was sold to us by the son of a 1970's/1980's mint worker.
