Title: 2014/15 RAM Annual Report
Post by: Pedro on October 26, 2015, 09:57:00 PM
The 2014/15 RAM Annual Report is now up on-line.

Still surprised by the 2014 AIATSIS mintage. Must have been a heavy release in Sydney as they have cropped up far more regularly in noodling that I would have expected for the reported mintage.

Thanks for the heads up Pedro.

The number for the 2014 $1 MOR is not going to make some people very happy.

It looks like the word got out in about August/September somewhere FP.

Prices were averaging about $180 per roll and then started to decline in about mid-September back to the $150s. Prices have since sagged back to the $130s in October in the lead-up to the Annual Report release.

According to a senior source at RAMINT today, the correct number for 2014 MOR is 52K and not 5.2M.

RAMINT Website will confirm this soon.

FWIW, I've updated my Decimal Mintages PDF, and uploaded the update (2.7Mb) to my website at

http://fulvio55.altervista.org/

Also, if anyone has had any success in getting HTML internal hyperlinks using ID tags to work in a PDF, I'd love to hear how. I've tried about a dozen supposed working solutions today, with nil success. It would be handy to avoid scrolling 22 pages.

The links in question are in the form:

How are you generating the PDF from the HTML?

I'm looking closer at this today and see:

$1 uncirculated terra australis c mintmark 2014 710007 52 473 unlimited.

It's a high mintage, I'm thinking they have started recording the gallery press??????

My preferred way is the Safari print to PDF, which generates the smallest file at 2.7Mb. Everything else makes it 18-20Mb, and I've tried Chrome, Word, Acrobat 5 and 3 or 4 HTML-to-PDF utilities. All with equal lack of success.

I did set bookmarks in the PDF at one point, but that was underwhelming.
