I haven't seen anything about there being a 1994 Spew Roo, but here's one just about to form.
There is a huge pre cud bulge between roo 1 and 2 with a nice die crack coming up from roo 2's back on it's lower right and a smaller die crack coming down from roo 1's chin on it's upper right. The left side of the bulge looks similar to a licking roo extending from roo 1's mouth to roo 2's back. There is a splash cud on roo 2's back below the bulge and some small die cracks coming from roo 2's back into the bulge itself.
