Title: Magna Carter PNC
Post by: Goldseeker on June 30, 2015, 08:12:48 PM
Australia Post have released two PNC's celebrating 800 years of the MAgna Carter.

One of the two PNC's was an oversize PNC that contained an English Coin.

The other PNC contains the Australian 20c piece.

Now, can someone please tell me the issue number of this PNC and the number were produced.   (I am lead to believe that this PNC was numbered as it was a Limited Edition).

If anyone has this PNC, could they please post a picture of the front and back of the said item.

TIA.

According to the "Stamp Bulletin", there is a product number of 6787402 listed under the UK coin PNC and 6787401 under the Aussie PNC. Limited edition of 7,500 on the Aussie one, but nothing mentioned under the UK one, as to how many are available.

I have just received the PNC from a dealer in Sydney.

The PNC arrived packed as follows:

1.   Inside the clear envelope as issued by AustPost;
2.   All inside a white paper bag;
3.   Totally wrapped in lightweight sheet foam or something similar;
4.   Then inside a larger white paper bag;
5.   Full envelope bubble wrap;
6.   Special prepared legal paper sized cardboard box.

Talk about wrapping.   I have never seen anything like it before.

One certainly can't complain about this trader/seller.
