Yesterday we had a customer come in and buy a large item with cash.
When I did the banking this morning I had $8000 worth of $50 notes to browse through and guess what, not a bloody repeater or anything else exciting amongst them. :(

Still, a fist full of 50's is an impressive thing :yahoo::yahoo:
I hate a dry session like that...
I shall have $5,000 each of $50 and $100 notes shortly for our overseas cruise spending money. I will be going through them as soon as I get on board ship.
I hope I can find something worth keeping.
I sat in a bank vault once and went through over $500k of notes looking for test notes/ radars solids etc. It was hard because I wanted it all

Huh? You're taking aussie cash overseas? Why? I would have thought plastic/travellers cheques/foreign currency was the go?
No way. No fees if taking cash.
