I would RG but for me it's just so much cheaper, better and easier if I drive my self and I can stop and jump in the back and have a sleep any time and yes the tolls suck :(

I'm not 100% but I think it only gets us to the boarders but I should try and use some sometime as they don't give us much and I know it doesn't cover the sleepers.

If you get a free ticket, you can sleep or walk around on the Train and have a bit of an adventure. When it warms up come south and visit the Mint. ( and some Forum members )
my daughter just did the Melbourne to Yass trip on the train and had fun (train doesn't come to Canberra so it is drive from yass apx 45 min drive - dumb I say!)
sleeper to themselves coming up and seats going back - I told her to book 1st class
$200 for the round trip with the grandie (who is now full fare on flights even though she is only 2.3 years old!)
she said it was fun moving around the train except for getting banged into walls etc in the squeezy parts (ie doorways)
I'll be with Barry at the club stand as usual... or down in the carpark, or at the ANDA sales desk, or wherever else they need volunteers.

the 1950 y - it seems to have an off centre appearance with the likes of a type of brokage?? I can see reversed lettering either side. seems a bit squished?

don't worry - I have picked up some errors over the years that turned out to not be genuine errors
you put it down to experience and it makes you learn more about detecting the markers for certain errors
most reasonable dealers will refund or exchange if you paid a few bob
different if you just get it out of an ave circ book or a junk lot
Steele used to have a page in the CAB - might still have one - readers questions or something like that

Thanks Barry, would have been more if I had more money as there were quite a few things that took my fancy but ya can't buy them all unless you have very deep pockets that I wish I had but very happy with my buys :)
