Westpac has just upgraded their internet banking system. Flash new pages that don't offer me anything more that I would want. In fact, I can't now, when viewing an account, select another account to view from that page -have to go to an accounts list page to select another account.
And, I could link my Westpac internet banking to any internet access I have with any other financial institution and have all accounts listed on one page with instant access to any account.
How convenient!
Now why would I want to give Westpac full details of any financial dealings I have; including account numbers and log in details? Stand by for the barrage of attempts to get me to shift accounts to Westpac.
I think not.
Sounds like another form of big brother where they want to know everything about us and what we are doing..let the spamming and nuisance phone calls begin, Mr Jeff have we got a deal for you and all you have to do :(
