I have been away at work and just came back yesterday arvo.

I'm only 60 and I can still swing a 14lb sledge hammer with the young blokes (when I feel like it :) )
When it all gets a bit much for me I will think about retiring, I would love to quit now but I recon I would keel over real quick if I stopped being active at work.
