I received this in an email today:
https://coins.nzpost.co.nz/new-zealand/2015/1915-spirit-anzac
Am I right in reading that it can't be shipped to Australia.
First NZ commemorative in circulation.
First coloured coin in circ.
Very collectable theme (let's not get into the oversupply of this theme in the current market).
I don't think so. It says the coin must be shipped by courier within New Zealand. I had no problem ordering, but I'm not in Australia. I suggest you try ordering if your are interested in the coin and see if your order is accepted.
The email also has a ballot for a two-coin set issued in conjunction with the RAM. There will be only 1915 sets produced. I can't find it on the NZ Post site to link to it.
"In the spirit of Anzac, New Zealand Post and the Royal Australian Mint are bringing you a very special joint-issue coin set. This two silver proof coin set includes 'The Spirit of Anzac' 1oz silver proof coin from New Zealand Post and Royal Australia Mint's Anzac Centenary 11.66g silver proof colour-printed triangular coin.
This coin set is limited to just 1,915 worldwide, and there are just 250 of these sets available for purchase through New Zealand Post. These will not be supplied on standing order and will be allocated through a ballot system that will be drawn on 2 March 2015. If you would like to enter the ballot to purchase a set, please register your interest by completing the form at nzpost.co.nz/AnzacCoinSet by 5pm, 27 February 2015."
Dumb me. The ballot link is in the last sentence now. It wasn't working before.
Their Contact and Support>Shipping page offers international and courier offers.
What triplewitch mentioned would only apply in NZ because of restrictions on posting currency locally.
No problem sending it to Australia once you order select your country .
I see that the RAM and NZ are doing a joint issue to commemorate ANZAC by ballot.
I got the email yesterday.

I got the same email.
Now over in NZ you can buy the Proof coin for $139.00 NZD which converts $133.00 AUD. & have it shipped over with a 10,000 mintage.
The cost of the ballot coins is $500.00.
The $5.00 coloured coin is going for $361.00 okay allow packaging say $50.00, call it $300.00 with a mintage of 1915 coins.
That's an expensive coin no matter which way you look at it.
I am sorry to say, not for me.
Me neither. Call me a skeptic, but there will be only 1915 of the two coin set. If there are 10,000 of the New Zealand coin included in the set, will the Australian coin be sold separately, and what will be the actual mintage of the Australian coin included in the set?

Well apparently there will only be 1915 of the $5.00 coin minted & no they will not be sold separately.
According to the RAM.
Australian price $500 for Ballot.
No thanks I like the NZ coin but sorry the triangle RAM offering is junk
The RAM is offering the non colored version of their coin now:

Just got notification from NZ Post that they've shipped my order for 10 of the NZ coins, which is good news.

I received the notification about a week ago. I'm expecting them to land on the door step very shortly. :)
I got my email just now. My order arrives Apr 14.
Coins finally arrived today, a week overdue.
I was beginning to think they got lost.
Worth waiting for though.

Very nice Steve :good:
o that's lovely, thanks for the pic
Very nice design.
Yes very nice, awaiting my order
No email either.
I like it but don't know about all this pad print that they're all doing these days as they can't seem to get it right and nice and squared off, see how on the left it's not up to the edge like on the right but still a nice coin
I received my coins today, and the pamphlet accompanying the Commemorative Pack explains how the coin can be registered to obtain a uniquely numbered Certificate of Authenticity and also enter the person registering into a draw for an ANZAC gold coin.

This is the CoA that you will receive.
It's 90mm x 65mm.
Did anyone send away for them?
What numbers did you get?
